The husband and wife team both have easily 20 years of experience in hospitality and have opened 3 cafes in Fremantle, Welshpool and Canning Vale. With their wealth of experience and passion for the industry they plan to open their 4th and final café, Tui. Tui will represent the summit of the extensive knowledge they have accumulated in hospitality over the many years, using authentic Southern Asian cooking techniques and recipes to provide fresh food to go for the local of West Perth. Styles of food provided will be selected to fit most preferences from Laksa, Canh Chua (Vietnamese spicy sour soup) to warm you during winter to Bun Bo Xao (lemon grass beef noodles), variety of fresh rice paper rolls, gourmet sandwiches, wraps and rolls for those that only need that tasty something quick and straight forward. The espresso beans will be freshly ground by every order and so will the cold pressed juices and blended shakes.
